1. Subscription Model
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel anytime before renewal to stop future charges.
Subscription Nature
Staking Butler is offered as a subscription-based service. Depending on the plan you select, your subscription may renew monthly, quarterly, or annually until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
Billing & Payment Processors
Payments for Staking Butler subscriptions are processed by third-party payment Razorpay. These providers handle and secure your payment information in compliance with applicable standards. We do not store your full payment card details.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds only if service downtime exceeds 72 hours (not due to user/blockchain error) and claimed within 7 days.
3. Non-Refundable
No refunds for partial quarters, user errors, or crypto payments once confirmed.
4. Request Process
Email billing@stakingbutler.com with your registered email and payment reference.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
