Terms of Use – Staking Butler

1. Introduction

Welcome to Staking Butler, operated by IRA Softwares (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord bots, or API services (collectively “the Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Nature of Service

Staking Butler provides information, analytics, and alerts regarding Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validators and delegation performance across supported blockchains (starting with Solana). We do not custody user assets, access private keys, or execute transactions on your behalf.

Non-Custodial Service

Staking Butler is a non-custodial analytics and alerting platform. We never request, store, or access your private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive authentication credentials. You remain in full control of your wallets and funds at all times.

No Financial Advice

All information, alerts, and analytics provided by Staking Butler (including via Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, or email) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your staking decisions.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your wallets and devices. Staking Butler does not initiate transactions on your behalf and is not responsible for losses, missed rewards, slashing events, or network failures arising from your staking choices.

Data Security & Privacy

We collect only the minimum information required to deliver our services, such as wallet public keys, email addresses, and messaging platform identifiers. We do not collect private keys or seed phrases. Our use of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Payment Processors

Subscription payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Razorpay and Stripe. These providers handle payment card data in line with applicable standards (including PCI-DSS). We do not store full payment card details.

Messaging Platforms

When you connect Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp to receive alerts, we store only the identifiers required to deliver messages (such as chat IDs or user IDs). We do not access or read your private conversations. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the relevant bot or channel.

3. User Obligations

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not interfere with the Services, hack, spam, or scrape data beyond permitted use. You are solely responsible for any wallet actions or delegations you perform externally.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Overload systems.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Staking Butler.
• Re-sell or distribute our Services without consent.

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed quarterly and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, or crypto) are handled by third-party processors. Prices may change with notice.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

All staking information and validator data are provided ‘as is’ for educational purposes. We make no warranties regarding accuracy or uptime. You assume full responsibility for your staking decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

IRA Softwares shall not be liable for any losses arising from validator underperformance, slashing, blockchain downtime, or reliance on Butler data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
